How to style Purple Pants

Ok, I have a few points to clear up before anything else. As I mentioned HERE  

1. Purple is one of the hottest colors so far… then again in 2023. (Let’s mention that I published this blog post back in Feb. 2018.) Aaaand, this color is back. With it’s light color variations for Spring Summer 2023
2. When I saw these pants, I immediately fell in love with them. 
3. I’ve have a crush with purple since I was little.

Purchase decisions

Now, more than ever I think in advance about how I am going to pair each thing I ad to my closet; whereas back in 2018 I didn’t think much about that fact. I just love to play with garments and give them a new perspective, wear them and re-wear them over and over again. —It also depends on my mood as it happens to all of us— and that’s the art of it.

Brainstorming styling

The funny thing is when I was in the dressing room, I started talking with another girl and started brainstorming about…  How to Style those Purple Pants. We came up with very cool ways and she confessed she was also buying  those pants.

I started my new series called: “One Garment, Four Ways to Style” Here’s the first look of this week. Purple Pants with a hint of late 70’s early 80’s inspiration. Hight waisted cuts, vaporous fabrics and statement earrings. Wait until you see my other ideas, but for know, what do you think about this one!

You may not want to know this but…

It’s worth mentioning that….While I’m writing this,  I’m waiting for my car at a car repair shop.  With a place full of men yelling “Ey guey, traite las llantas porque the lady wants to see them before” Jajajaja, Cheers to that! ?
