Striped Dress

Striped dress was only $17.00 dollars.

When I saw it I was like “this is a Blah dress, but I think it  has potential” and I know I can give it a twist to make it look a bit more interesting.

I came up with the idea of adding the Fanny Pack to the look (since the dress is quite loose) and I didn’t like  the length of the dress. And so, this way I add waist to the shape and I played with the proportion of my height.

 

Fanny Pack

Fanny pack, when I think of fanny pack’s the first thing that comes to my mind is late 80’s early 90’s. I used to have one pink and one in black leather. –And YES! I used to wear them A LOT! —

I always say that “Trends are Recyclable” and that’s exactly the way it works. I bet  if you go and dig in your mom’s closet there is a 50% chance that you find a fanny pack there. 

The Fanny Pack My Sister and I Design

While designing a Tote bags collection for the beach. We came up with the idea to give it a doble use to the wallet that was inside the bag.

1. 1. A double accesory (a wallet and a fanny pack)
   2. A Belt.

This way the customer could get 1 tote, 1 belt, 1 wallet and a 1 fanny pack.
